So we decided to go to dinner, enjoy some gambling and return to pool area for relaxation. Pool area I was relieved to hear the indoor pool area stays open until 10pm. His technique did not feel consistent or relaxing. Unfortunately, this time was not the case. I have had numerous stone massage that usually end in me feeling invigorated and relaxed. I scheduled a stone massage for my birthday. Spa /Pool Services The Crystal Life Spa is a beautifully appointed spa with friendly and helpful staff. Every time I visit any bar at Resort Catskills, there's a long wait and these bars are not that busy. Sometimes, there only one bartender and other times, there's two or three. Bar Service Regardless of the bar, whether it's Empire Lounge or the 360 Bar, service is very sluggish. Perhaps, it's going through growing pains. My overall opinion for this resort is that it needs improvement. We booked a one-night stay in the Resort World Catskills casino. I have just returned from my birthday getaway.
